About the Cake
The base of the cake is a layer of crispy puff pastry, which is then topped with a ring of caramelized choux pastry puffs that are filled with a rich and creamy vanilla pastry cream. The center of this cake is made by layering vanilla sponge cake, whipped vanilla cream, and finished off with fresh fruits and whipped vanilla bean mascarpone cream.
