Biscoff Caramel Crêpe Cake

About the Cake

Features layers of thin crêpes stacked on top of each other with a generous spread of creamy Biscoff caramel pastry cream in between each layer. Our Biscoff pastry cream is made from crushed Belgian spiced cookies and sweet caramel sauce that pairs perfectly with the delicate texture of the crêpes. The cake is then finished with a layer of rich caramel sauce, sprinkled with Biscoff cookies and edible royal blue cornflowers.
